Pick the audience
Everyone, one ticket type, one day, or people who haven’t checked in yet.
For community events
Fun runs, fundraisers, awards nights, workshops and family days. Ticketing that doesn’t need a committee meeting — set it up on your phone, share the link, and watch the numbers come in.
Events we see every week
Free tickets, done properly
A free event still needs a headcount, a capacity and a list at the door. Free tickets hold a place, scan at the gate and carry no platform fee at all.
When plans change
Postpone and every ticket moves with the date. Cancel and refund everyone in one job. Either way you see exactly what will happen before it does — and every buyer hears from you automatically.
Tell everyone at once
Parking changed? Start time moved? Send an update to everyone attending, or just Saturday’s ticket holders, and see who received it.
Everyone, one ticket type, one day, or people who haven’t checked in yet.
Send it to yourself, read it on your phone, then schedule or send.
Delivered, bounced or complained — per recipient, with bounces suppressed automatically.
Every recipient gets their own email. Nobody ever sees anyone else’s address.
Accessible by default
Big touch targets, plain words, high contrast and full keyboard and screen-reader support, on every page a buyer or a volunteer will touch. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and test it.
Community questions
Creating an event takes about ten minutes on a phone. After that, sales, tickets and emails happen on their own. Refunds are a tap. You’ll spend more time on the raffle prizes.
Nothing. Free tickets carry no platform fee. If you add a paid ticket type later, only paid tickets are charged.
Yes — add a donation ticket type at a set amount alongside your free or paid tickets. It settles into your own payment account like any other sale.
You connect a payment account during set-up — an existing one or a new one created in a few minutes. Ticket money is paid into it directly. We never ask for card details or account secrets to be pasted anywhere.
